Investment firms Baillie Gifford and Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC have subscribed to shares of MINIMAX-WP (00100.HK) in its Hong Kong IPO, involving HKD4.8 billion (around USD619 million), Bloomberg reported, citing informed sources.

Informed sources indicated that the IPO pricing of MINIMAX-WP is set at the upper limit of the offering range, with institutional investors' subscription multiple for its international placement shares (excluding cornerstone placements) exceeding 70 times. MINIMAX-WP is said to have received over 460 institutional bids in total.
