MININGLAMP-W (02718.HK), a data intelligence application software company, announced its IPO plan in Hong Kong, adopting a dual-class share structure for listing. It will globally offer 7.219 million Class A shares, with 10% (approximately 721,900 shares) for the Hong Kong public offering and 90% (approximately 6.4971 million shares) for international placement. The subscription period starts today (23rd) and will end next Tuesday (28th), with the listing expected on November 3. CICC is the sole sponsor. Based on the offering price of HKD141, the net proceeds are estimated to approximate HKD902 million. This IPO has attracted seven cornerstone investors, including TENCENT (00700.HK), Hundreds Capital, Treasure-stone Investment Group Limited, GFH Financial Group B.S.C., and XTALPI (02228.HK), collectively subscribing for shares equivalent to approximately USD59 million, involving about 3.2547 million shares based on the offering price, accounting for approximately 45.1% of the offered shares. Since 2010, MININGLAMP-W has mounted multiple financing rounds, attracting Tencent, HongShan, Singapore's Temasek, KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK), and investment partnerships under CR HOLDINGS (01911.HK).
