Up to now, 158 property projects have been successfully included in the "white list" in Guizhou Province, among which 156 projects have been granted credit line by banks totaling RMB29.3 billion, and 151 projects have been disbursed with loans totaling RMB22.057 billion, as the Press Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government held a press conference and disclosed. By far, 77,400 housing units have been delivered under the province's home delivery guarantee, with the delivery rate hitting 75.7%. The People's Bank of China (PBOC) has so far injected about RMB210 billion of monetary policy instrument funds into the province, which has been used to guide and mobilize financial institutions to continuously increase credit support to the real economy.
