Sichuan Govt Said to Disburse RMB400M+ Consumption Vouchers in 3 Rounds

Sichuan Province will splurge more than RMB400 million in financial capital for the distribution of consumption vouchers in 2024, according to a report by the Xinhua News Agency. Among which, RMB300 million of home renovation consumption vouchers have been distributed to consumers since yesterday (26th). The consumption voucher scheme covers 12 types of products for partial renovation of old housing, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations; 9 types of smart home products; and 6 types of products for age-friendly renovations. The vouchers will be issued in three rounds: the first from September 26 to October 6, the second from October 10 to October 19, and the third from October 22 to October 31. In addition, the online platforms for using the home renovation and furnishing consumption vouchers are JD-SW (09618.HK) and Taobao; the offline platforms are Alipay and UnionPay QuickPass.
