Baidu, Inc. (BIDU.US) has sold 10.5 million ADSs of Trip.com Group Limited (TCOM.US), Bloomberg quoted a document submitted by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The block trade was priced at US$50.75 per share. The H-shares of the two companies prospered along with the market today (26th). BIDU-SW (09888.HK) last swelled 6.3% to $94.35, with a turnover of $818 million, while TRIP.COM-S (09961.HK) last gained 2.4% to $408.6, with a turnover of nearly $1 billion.
