BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) announced that the board lot size of the H shares for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 500 H shares to 100 H shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 19 September 2025. Upon the change in board lot size becoming effective, both H shares under the HKD counter and the RMB counter will be traded in board lot of 100 H shares.
