AKESO (09926.HK) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June. The company's revenue rose by 37.7% YoY to RMB1.412 billion, while its gross profit leaped by 18.8% to RMB1.121 billion, attributable to changes in commercial sales revenue. AKESO also recorded a loss of RMB570 million, compared to RMB239 million in the same period last year, mainly due to increased investment loss provisions, R&D spending, and growth in equity incentive expenses.
