LINK REIT (00823.HK) announced its annual results for the year ended March. Revenue and net property income increased by 4.8% and 5.5% YoY to $14.223 billion and $10.619 billion respectively, mainly due to improved performance across most of its operating markets. Total distributable amount grew by 4.6% to $7.025 billion in 2024/2025, mainly due to relatively better Hong Kong results and full-year contribution from Link Plaza Qibao, savings in finance costs and one-off tax resolution and adjustments, partially offset by higher costs, including uncapitalized expenses from exploring mergers and acquisitions. DPU for the year increased by 3.7% YoY to $272.34 cents. The final DPU of $137.45 cents, representing a 3.7% YoY increase, will be paid on 4 August to those Unitholders whose names appear on the register of Unitholders on 25 June.
