HSBC has announced that it will begin rolling out a fully upgraded version of its mobile banking app HSBC HK APP in phases starting mid-May, with an aim to deliver a simpler, more direct, and personalized mobile banking experience for users. Since launching its mobile banking services in 2010 in Hong Kong and other major markets, the bank revealed that the app has gradually become a key channel for its clients to access HSBC services.
